Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of people affected by alcohol and other drugs (AOD)? We are seeking experienced AOD Counsellors/Facilitators and Specialist to join our clients across Melbourne, VIC.

About the Role

n

As an AOD Counsellor, you will:

n

- Deliver evidence-based counselling and support to clients affected by alcohol and other drug use.
n
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide individual and group interventions.
n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic client outcomes.
n
- Provide education and harm minimisation strategies to support recovery and wellbeing.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology,



or related field.
n
- Demonstrated experience working in AOD counsellingor Facilitation.
n
- Strong knowledge of harm minimisation and evidence-based interventions.
n
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
n
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
n
