Buisness Development Manager - Property Management

Your Role

n

n
- Generate new Property Management business
n
- Build relationships with referral partners and local businesses
n




- Prospect and convert new management opportunities
n
- Work closely with the Sales team to maximise referrals
n
- Deliver an outstanding experience for new clients
n

n

About You

n

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll have:

n

n
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Property Management Business Development role
n
- A proven track record of winning new managements and building long-term client relationships
n
- A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence
n
- A current driver's licence with a clean driving record
n
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a genuine passion for business development
n
