One of our banking clients is looking for a skilled Instructional Designer to lead design and delivery of learning content for a fraud and scams legislation.

- $900 pd + super

- 2 days from the CBD office
n
- Initial 6-month contract w/ high likelihood of extension

This role involves partnering with subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions that support compliance requirements within an Agile delivery workplace.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable stepping into a fast-paced environment and quickly building credibility with stakeholders. You'll have experience creating high-quality learning assets, including bite-sized video tutorials, presentation decks, and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), to support continuous releases and facilitate effective learning and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop instructional materials and job aids for a regulatory compliance management program.
n
- Work closely with SMEs to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and compliant learning resources.
n




- Conduct needs analysis and adapt content to various learning styles and audiences.
n
- Evaluate and refine training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
n

Requirements

n
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, ideally within financial services and regulatory compliance.
n
- Strong in video tutorials and editing.
n
- Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
n
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and e-learning best practices.
n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.
n

Qualifications

n
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
n
- Minimum of 4 years of instructional design experience in a corporate environment.
n
- Knowledge of financial regulations and risk management is preferred.
