Sydney (Hybrid) OR Remote Across Australia | $200,000-$250,000 + Super

I'm partnering exclusively with a global SaaS business to hire a Senior C#/.NET AI Engineer, someone who has successfully built and shipped LLM-powered products into production.

n

This is not an AI research role, and it's not about building demos or internal chatbots.

n

This is a software engineering role first, where you'll be designing and delivering customer-facing AI capabilities used by thousands of users across Australia, the UK and the US.

n

You'll work on initiatives including:

n

- AI-powered proposal generation
n
- Agentic workflows
n
- Intelligent workflow automation
n
- AI-assisted document and invoice generation
n

n

We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- Strong commercial experience building backend applications with C#/.NET
n




- Proven experience shipping production AI and LLM features to real customers
n
- Experience with technologies such as RAG, prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool and function calling, embeddings, vector search and modern AI engineering practices
n
- A passion for building high-quality software that solves real customer problems
n
