Site Manager- Commercial Construction Lead quality projects. Build exceptional teams. Our client is an award-winning commercial builder delivering refurbishments, fit-outs and new build projects across the education, healthcare, retail, hospitality, community and government sectors.

With a strong pipeline of work across Newcastle, the Hunter and Central Coast, they're looking for an experienced Site Manager with an extensive carpentry background to lead projects valued from $1M to $20M+.

The role

n

You'll take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading site teams and subcontractors
n
- Coordinating day-to-day construction activities
n
- Managing safety, quality and project programs
n




- Working closely with clients, consultants and project managers
n
- Delivering quality outcomes across live and occupied sites
n

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Certificate III in Carpentry (essential)
n
- Extensive commercial carpentry experience
n
- Experience as a Site Manager, Foreman or Senior Leading Hand
n
- A proven background delivering commercial refurbishments, fit-outs and current builds
n
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
- White Card and current Driver Licence
n
