Melbourne Disability Services (MDS) is seeking an experienced Disability House Manager to lead our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. This role is ideal for a strong leader with SIL experience who can manage staff, compliance, and daily operations while creating a secure and empowering environment for participants.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Oversee day-to-day operations of SIL homes
n
- Lead and support disability support staff
n
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards
n
- Liaise with families, allied health and key stakeholders
n
- Support participant goals and positive outcomes
n

n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience in SIL or residential disability leadership
n
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS and Quality & Safeguards framework
n
- Excellent communication and people management skills
n
- Driver's Licence and relevant clearances
n
