About The Opportunity

n

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee daily operations, ensuring all electrical projects and services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

n

Reporting directly to the Management team some of your responsibilities will include:

n

- Leading electrical projects, maintenance, and service operations
n
- Managing, mentoring, and developing technicians and subcontractors
n
- Coordinating scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation
n
- Monitoring project performance, budgets, and operational outcomes
n




- Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, legislation, and company policies
n
- Driving continuous improvement across operational systems and processes
n
- Building and maintaining strong client, supplier, and stakeholder relationships
n

About You

n

The successful candidate will have:

n

n
- A-Grade Electrical Licence or equivalent industry experience
n
- 3–5 years' experience in an electrical operations or management role
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and compliance requirements
n
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
n
- Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills
n
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to monitor project performance
n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
