With a strong reputation for excellence and a collaborative finance team, they are seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to provide critical support during a busy budgeting and reporting period.

The role

n

Reporting to a Finance Director, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making. This hands-on contract will see you working across budgeting, financial modelling and board reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

n

- Developing and maintaining robust three-way financial models.
n
- Preparing and consolidating budget packs across multiple business units.
n
- Assisting with the preparation of board reporting and management reports.
n
- Providing financial analysis and commercial insights to support planning and decision-making.
n
- Supporting the finance team with forecasting and budget refinement.
n
- Working with data queries and reporting, including the use of Microsoft Query.
n
- Ad-hoc work as required
n





The successful candidate

n

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a CA or CPA qualified accountant with demonstrated experience in a Senior Management Accountant or similar commercial finance role.

n

The following will be favourably looked upon:

n
- Advanced financial modelling expertise, including the ability to build and maintain sophisticated three-way financial models.
n
- Extensive experience preparing management reports, board reporting packs and consolidated budgets.
n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
n
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Query (MS Query).
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- The ability to hit the ground running and commit to a 10-week contract commencing in late July.
