We are in need of an experienced, reliable and highly motivated Commercial Carpenter/Maintenance Personto conduct maintenance work in council properties and other sites across Victoria

38 hour week
n
Over time rates apply

Company vehicle supplied to the suitable applicant
n
Applicants must have previous experience
n
This role will see key involvement in the following areas:

- Ensuring all ad-hoc maintenance requests re attended to & completing the repair and maintenance throughout the property/location in a timely manner
n
- Relevant experience in building maintenance
n
- Knowledge and understanding of best practice OH&S.;
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
