Forklift/ Warehouse- Capital Battens - Fyshwick

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers for a busy timber mill in Fyshwick. This is an ongoing casual opportunity offering full-time hours (38 per week) with potential for long-term work for the right candidate.

About the Role:

n

Working within a fast-paced timber production setting, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing of timber battens and assisting with general site operations.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Operating a forklift to move timber products safely around site
n
- Assisting with production line dutiesStacking, sorting and strapping timber
n
- Manual handling and repetitive lifting
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
n
- Supporting yard and dispatch teams as required
n

n

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

n

n
- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
n
- Previous experience in a timber mill, manufacturing or heavy industrial environment (highly regarded)
n




- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
n
- Reliable transport and strong work ethic
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
n
