Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Foreperson Painter to join our Wollongong team. There will be regular travel throughout the Wollongong region

The Role
n
n
- Work closely with the Project Manager to develop a clear understanding of each project and deliver projects on-time, within scope, within budget, safely.
n
- Coordinate employees and equipment/materials
n
- Supervise employees and apprentices
n
- Ensure work is completed safely – eg. conduct toolbox talks, update risk assessment and ensure correct PPE is worn
n

What You Need To Succeed
n
n
- Trade qualified painter with Commercial painting experience
n
- EWP licenses are desirable
n
- Experience in managing small painting teams
n
- A solid focus on safety, including using online safety systems
n
n
What To Expect From Us
n
n
- $37 per hour, plus supervisor allowance, a daily travel allowance, plus super, paid weekly.
n
