$40.24 - $41.12 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Your New Role
n
You will support the Service Manager to lead and manage the service to ensure operation in line with government regulations, legislation, National Quality Framework and organisational requirements. A key focus of the role is to support the Service Manager to build and maintain stakeholder relationships to increase commitment to the PCYC brand, while inspiring a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYC Queensland values. About You
n
Minimum Certificate III in childhood studies or other qualifications recognised by the regulatory authority AND working towards a Diploma in childhood studies or other qualifications recognised by the regulatory authority
n
n
- Must hold one of the following child protection certificates: CHCPRT025 - Identify and report children and young people at risk, CHCPRT026 - Support the rights and safety of children and young people, or CHCECE057 - Use collaborative practices to uphold child protection principles
n
- Ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary Fun Squad team
n
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing Fun Squad operations
n
- Hold a Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or able to obtain)
n
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
n
n
