About the role:

n

- Facilitate the learning experiences for your allocated group of children,
n
- Be part of a collaborative teaching team,
n
- Maintain effective communication with the parents throughout the service,
n




- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program,
n
- Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment,
n
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members,
n
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
n

To be successful in this role you need:

n

n
- To possess a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Current and valid Working with Children's Check,
n
- Current first aid, CPR and emergency asthma and anaphylaxis training,
n
- Demonstrate knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), Early years learning framework (EYLF).
