Job Description
Chilli Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader for a leading Adelaide manufacturing business. You will lead the customer service team, stay hands-on with day-to-day operations, and report to the National Sales Manager.

Duties include handling high-volume calls and orders, coaching the team, resolving inquiries, building strong relationships with customers and sales reps, driving process improvements, and ensuring CRM accuracy. On-site role with 7-3 or 8-4 hours and in office parking.
