As the Recruitment Officer, you'll report directly to the Department Manager and play a key role in growing and strengthening our subcontractor fleet. You'll proactively identify, attract, and onboard high-quality subcontractors, ensuring their vehicles and equipment meet our operational standards and that every new starter receives a strong, safety‐focused induction experience.

What you'll be doing:
n
Support planning and recruit drivers based on business needs.
n
Advertise, screen and conduct group/individual interviews.
n
Ensure all onboarding requirements are clearly communicated.
n
Conduct regular vehicle and equipment audits
n
Manage incentive agreements and ensure accurate earnings.
n
Resolve payment queries promptly and record all communication.
n
Conduct exit interviews and highlight improvement opportunities.
n
Provide admin support to the Management team.
n
Attend meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
n

2-3 years in a similar role in sales or transport (training provided for the right candidate)
n
Valid driver's license and own vehicle
n
