Base pay range

A$75,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr

Our client is a leading supplier of sophisticated premium grade timber look cladding systems that are made in Japan and the first choice for Tier 1 Architects and Designers across Australia and Internationally. They are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support Senior Management in the implementation of initiatives aimed at business growth and customer engagement. You will be a go-to person, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Under the guidance of Senior Management, support the daily sales and marketing activities.
n
- Manage, create, coordinate and execute the communications side of marketing initiatives, which includes copywriting and design of regular email campaigns, webinars, videos, news stories in e-media outlets, online content (general and product specific), and presentations.
n
- Manage Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Per Click (PPC) Campaigns.
n
- Maintain social media content across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube.
n
- Develop multi-channel communication initiatives to increase digital presence.
n
- Prepare and co-ordinate sales presentations,



and provide digital campaign support of all company events, trade shows and conferences.
n
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to co-ordinate timely delivery of information and products.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing and previous experience within a similar role advantageous.
n
- Experience using tools such as Zoho (CRM), Squarespace, Adobe Suite, Google AdWords and Analytics and MS Office Suite.
n
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
n
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
n
- A high level of computer literacy, and numeracy skills along with fast and accurate data entry.
n
- Have a structured approach and experience in multi-channel marketing.
n
