Dove Automotive's head office is based in Kilmore, on level 2 of Kilmore Toyota.

n

This position has become available after being held by an employee for over 20 years.

n

This position will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of our 5 Automotive brands and 3 other auxiliary businesses.

n

We employ 100 staff across these businesses in 3 towns.

n

The position works closely with company directors, external accountant and other suppliers along with a team of 3 administration staff.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

n

Statutory reporting along with multiple reporting to all stakeholders and manufactures.

n

Daily banking operations.

n

You will be working across all companies, sites and brands.

n

The successful applicant will have the ability to provide actionable insights to support decision-making and drive profitability with all business and department managers and staff.

n





Directly lead the administration team to deliver high quality results across daily operations, budgeting, forecasting, and very importantly- compliance obligations.

n

Be actively informed and interested in employees' progress and performance through both formal and informal methods.

n

What are we looking for?

n

Reliability and a proven track record in financial management along with administration of payroll.

n

Someone to provide integrity and efficiency of the financial systems of all Dealerships.

n

Strength and diligence in accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial management.

n

Qualifications in Accounting or similar will be an advantage.

n

Exposure to TUNE/Revolution DMS would be an advantage.

n
