WHAT YOU'LL DO

n

- Presentation: keeping the section looking exceptional, with accurate signage, seasonal displays, and a standard you'd be proud to show anyone.
n
- Stock and inventory: help with ordering, receiving, FIFO rotation, and quality checks. No gaps, reduce waste, no excuses.
n
- Pricing and margins: reviewing supplier invoices, setting accurate pricing, and keeping the numbers honest.
n
- Team: mentoring and supervising produce staff, training recent team members, and building a culture of accountability and care.
n
- Customer experience: being the go-to for produce knowledge: seasonality, sourcing, organic benefits,



and genuine service.

- Food safety and compliance: upholding hygiene standards and waste reduction practices every single shift.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

n

- Ideally 2+ years in fresh produce, grocery retail, or a related hands-on role
n
- Real knowledge of organic and sustainable produce: sourcing, handling, and presentation
n
- Experience managing stock and inventory in a fast-paced environment
n
- A leader's mindset: you raise the people around you, not just the workload
n
- Strong customer presence and genuine passion for fresh food and healthy living
n
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused: you don't wait to be asked

THE ROLE

- Full-time position based in Noosaville
n
- One weekend day is required as part of your regular roster
n
- Reports to the Store Manager and Head of Merchandise
n
