This is an outstanding opportunity for an Centre Manager to join a well-established private property group and take full responsibility for a thriving shopping centre in Western Sydney. Working across one key retail asset, you'll enjoy genuine autonomy, a broad and varied role, and a direct reporting line to the Property Director, giving you the ability to influence decisions and drive performance.

The Role

n

As Centre Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day management and performance of the shopping centre,



ensuring it continues to deliver outstanding results for both retailers and customers.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing all daily centre operations
n
- Building robust relationships with retailers, contractors and stakeholders
n
- Driving retailer engagement and enhancing the customer experience
n
- Supporting leasing initiatives, casual mall leasing and tenancy mix strategies
n
- Managing budgets, financial reporting and retailer sales analysis
n
- Coordinating marketing campaigns, community events and centre activations
n
- Overseeing digital marketing and retailer communications
n
- Managing contractors, facilities and WHS compliance
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience managing a retail shopping centre
n
- Experience using Cirrus8 is highly regarded
n
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
n
- Excellent stakeholder and retailer relationship management experience
n
- Solid understanding of facilities management and contractor coordination
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to work autonomously
n
