Lead the day-to-day operations of the bottleshop.

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.

Hand sell wine, beer and spirits with confidence, using strong product knowledge.

Build lasting relationships with customers and grow a loyal customer database.

Lead, train and motivate the bottleshop team in a positive, family-owned business workplace.

Manage stock ordering, inventory control and supplier relationships.

n

Maintain high standards of merchandising, presentation and store cleanliness.

n

Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to grow revenue.

n

Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and company policies.

n

Develop and maintain the bottleshop's online presence through social media, promotions and customer engagement.

n

Plan and coordinate in-store tastings, events and promotional campaigns.

n

Work closely with the owners to drive business growth and continuously improve the customer experience.
