Job Description
Treasury sits close to the heart of how Charter Hall creates long-term value- helping ensure our platform has the financial strength, discipline and flexibility to keep connecting capital with high-quality real estate opportunities. In this role, you'll support a centralised Treasury team managing a $35 billion debt book across more than 65 funds, providing the reporting, analysis and risk oversight that helps our people make informed decisions and deliver for our investors, customers and communities.

How you'll make an impact:
n
n
- Turn complex treasury data into transparent, useful insight - owning key treasury models and reporting across a large, diverse funds platform, helping leaders make informed decisions with confidence.
n
- Support strong governance and risk management - playing a hands-on role in treasury risk policies, covenant monitoring, compliance certificates and reporting that help protect the strength and resilience of the platform.
n
- Contribute to funding and liquidity decisions - preparing liquidity, capacity and stress testing reports that support how Charter Hall manages capital, risk and long-term growth.
n
- Keep the engine room running well - managing important treasury administration, data and documentation so the team can deliver accurately, efficiently and at pace.

- Help improve how Treasury works - supporting systems, process improvement and reporting enhancements across GTreasury, data management and controls, helping the team keep lifting the way it operates.

- Experience working with treasury management systems, PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other technologies relevant to the job responsibilities.

- Experience working with loan and derivative agreements.
