About the role

n

As a Group Transformation Intern, you'll help drive meaningful change across NAB. Our team leads initiatives that make the bank simpler, faster and more customer-focused, improving how we work internally and the experience we deliver to customers.

n

You'll get exposure to programs that simplify processes, modernise technology, and enhance how change is delivered across the organisation.

What you'll do:

- Contribute to projects that improve customer and colleague experiences
n




- Analyse insights and identify opportunities to enhance products and processes
n
- Work with teams across NAB to support transformation initiatives
n
- Help review and improve processes to drive efficiency and resilience
n
- Build your analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder skills
n
- Gain exposure to areas such as payments, digital assets, and technology transformation
n

- Dates: 23 November 2026 – 29 January 2027 (Includes a two-week unpaid break over the festive period)

- Location: Melbourne

- Australian or Recent Zealand citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident
n
- In your second-last year of study (undergraduate or postgraduate)
n
- Degree completion by December 2027
n
- Be available to commence full-time employment from 23 November 2026 to 29 January 2027
