About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our talented team at 'Nursing care with compassion' in Brisbane, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strategic partnerships to expand our presence and service offerings within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) market.

What you'll be doing

n

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to identify, engage and secure new NDIS clients and partners
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NDIS planners, local area coordinators, and other community organisations
n
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and client needs to identify new business opportunities
n
- Prepare compelling proposals and tenders to win new NDIS business
n
- Collaborate with our service delivery teams to ensure high-quality, client-centric outcomes
n
- Contribute to the overall business strategy and growth objectives of the organisation
n

What we're looking for

- Proven track record in business development, sales or account management, with a focus on the disability or aged care sectors
n
- Excellent understanding of the NDIS framework,



funding model and service requirements

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality proposals and presentations
n
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
n
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or social services
