About the Position

n

Trainee New Home Sales Consultant position available for a determined, highly focused, top performer eager to join a highly respected, award winning builder!

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Servicing leads generated from online, walk ins and referrals
n
- Managing display home foot traffic with meet and greet
n
- Utilising company Sales CRM for follow up and sales process
n
- Providing preliminary quotes and contracts to prospective buyers
n
- Fostering positive relationships with developers and agents in the area
n
- Presenting and signing sales contracts
n




- Ability to alter plans to suit client needs and budgets
n

n

Skills and Experience

n

To be considered for this exciting prospect you must demonstrate the following:

n

n
- Track record as a top performer in sales
n
- High level of customer service and ability to build rapport with people on all levels
n
- Residential property experience and results advantageous but not essential
n
- Excellent presentation
n
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and closing skills
n
- Must be available to work weekends
n
- Financially motivated and self driven!
