If you're brilliant with people, solid on the phone, and you've hit

targets somewhere - hospitality, real estate, retail, telco, gyms,

recruitment, insurance - keep reading. You don't need automotive or

finance experience. We'll train you properly, and we'll pay for your

n

credit accreditation.

ABOUT RODAR

We're an Australia-wide new-car buying and finance platform based in

Norwest. Customers tell us the car they want. We make dealers across

n

the country compete on price, arrange the finance across 30+ lenders,

n

sort the trade-in, and deliver the car to their door. No haggling, no

dealership runaround, full drive-away price upfront.

that name our team personally. That's the standard we're hiring for.

THE ROLE

n

- Talk to people who've already put their hand up - these are warm enquiries, not cold lists
n
- Work out what car actually suits them, then make our national dealer network compete for it
n
- Structure their finance across our panel of 30+ lenders (we'll teach you this properly, step by step)
n
- Handle the trade-in,



the paperwork and the delivery so the customer doesn't have to
n
- Keep them updated the whole way, so the review at the end has your name in it
n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n
- You're genuinely good with people, and you like them
n
- You're warm and confident on the phone - that's where this job lives
n
- You've hit a target before and you can tell us the number
n
- You can juggle 15 customers at different stages without dropping one
n
- Full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence
n
- Nice to have, but genuinely not required: automotive or dealership sales, finance or asset finance broking, existing Credit Representative accreditation, novated leasing or EV experience.
