We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our branch.

This role is responsible for driving business performance, leading and developing the team, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop branch employees to achieve team goals
n
- Drive sales growth while maintaining outstanding customer service
n
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
n
- Manage branch operations such as;
n
- Staffing levels
n
- Rosters
n
- Annual leave
n
- Monitoring productivity and daily workflow to ensure efficiency
n
- Managing stock levels, re-ordering and stocktakes
n
- Managing incidents, customer complaints and operation issues promptly
n
- Company KPI's
n
- Addressing performance issues
n
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards
n
- Recruitment, training and supporting team members to maximise performance
n
- Build strong relationships with existing and recent customers
n
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained
n
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability
n

About you
n
n
- Previous experience in Branch Manager, Store Manager or similar leadership roles
n
- Proven background within the industry essential
n
- Proven ability to achieve sales and operational targets
n
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
n
- A commitment to fostering a positive and accountable team culture
n
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills
