About the End Client

The end client is a major organisation operating within Australia's critical infrastructure environment, undertaking a significant procurement transformation initiative to improve sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations.

The Chance

n

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to join a high-profile procurement transformation program. This role will suit a consultant with strong SAP Ariba expertise who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable procurement solutions.

n

You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, deployment, and go-live activities.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Configure and deploy SAP Ariba solutions, including:
n
- Sourcing
n
- Contract Management
n
- Buying & Invoicing
n
- Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective solution designs.
n
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
n
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing,



and go-live activities.
n
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
n
- Develop process documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing assets.
n
- Contribute to successful procurement transformation outcomes across the engagement.
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- 3–5 years' hands‐on experience across two or more SAP Ariba modules:
n
- Sourcing
n
- Contract Management
n
- Buying & Invoicing
n
- Strong understanding of:
n
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
n
- Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- Ability to present recommendations supported by clear business rationale.
n
- Strong requirements gathering and business analysis capability.
n
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within consulting and project environments.
n
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with diverse stakeholder groups.
n
- Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA.
n
- Consulting experience within large enterprise transformation programs.
n
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
n
