As we continue to grow, we are looking for a second / third year apprentice who has an eye for detail and willingness to grow their career in a high paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety, including the correct use of PPE and adherence to all company safety policies and procedures.
n
Read and interpret job sheets, production schedules, and technical drawings to ensure all cabinetry is manufactured accurately to specification.
n
Measure, cut, machine, and prepare materials with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
n
Operate woodworking machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, including panel saws, edge banders, CNC machinery, drills, and hand tools.
n
Assemble kitchen cabinets and cabinetry components to company quality standards and customer requirements.
n
Inspect and quality check all work throughout the manufacturing process to minimize errors, defects, and rework.
n
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace by following housekeeping and factory cleanliness standards.
n
Work effectively within a team environment, communicating clearly with supervisors, tradespeople, and fellow team members.
n
Care for company tools, machinery, materials, and equipment, reporting any faults, damage, or maintenance requirements promptly.
n
Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement, learning new skills and maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality, and productivity
n
Key Requirements
n
Trade qualified/ apprentice in Cert III in Cabinet Making currently studying with an RTO e.g. (TAFE).
n
White card
n
Strong focus on safety and hazard awareness.
n
Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
n
Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and motivated work ethic.
n
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when require
n
Commitment to meeting production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
