RESPONSIBILITIES +

- Direct and inspire a team of retail associates

- Manage scheduling and wage budgets
n
- Build genuine customer relationships by delivering superior service

- Educate customers about the brand while providing expert styling advice

- Execute effective merchandising to maintain an attractive, product-focused display

- Develop and train staff across all aspects of sales and customer service
