We are a market leading Real Estate office based in Lismore.

A diverse and rewarding position has become available in our successful and growing teamfor a Property Manager. Must have a proactive attitude, exceptional customer service and be able to multi-task. The successful applicant will be required to manage all aspects of residentialproperty management includinglandlord and tenant engagement, property repairs and maintenance, inspections, arrears and management reporting.

Competence in computer use, great communication and negotiation skills as well asexcellence in time management are essential.

n

Experience with Ailo or similar property management software is desirable.

n





Proven team work and self reliance skills are a must.

n

Current Class 2 Licence or Certificate of Registration in real estate and real estate experience is preferable but not essential.

n

Current drivers licence and reliablevehicle essential.
