About the Role:
n We have just increased our fleet and seeking a reliable and safety-focused Agitator Driver to join our team in Toowoomba . In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of pre-mixed concrete to our valued customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck in a safe and professional manner
n
- Deliver concrete to job sites ensuring product quality and timely arrival
n
- Perform pre-start checks, daily maintenance, and cleaning of the vehicle
n
- Complete required paperwork, including delivery dockets and basic reporting
n
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Wagners professionally on site
n
- Adhere to all WHS, environmental, and company policies and procedures
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Valid HR driver's licence (MUST)
n
- White Card (Construction Induction)
n
- Previous experience as an agitator driver or in a similar driving role is highly regarded
n
- Good driving history
n
- Strong safety mindset and commitment to compliance
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills
n
- Ability to work early starts, with rostered Saturdays
n
