TMA Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead billing, invoicing and collections across our growing international group.

n

This is a hands‐on leadership role with genuine influence. You will manage the AR and billing team while driving process improvement, automation and system implementation across multiple entities and regions.

The opportunity

- Own the end‐to‐end AR, billing and invoicing function
n
- Lead an active AR transformation and systems implementation program
n
- Improve processes, controls, reporting and data quality
n
- Develop and support a high performing AR team
n
- Work across Australia, Recent Zealand, Europe, North America and the Philippines
n

What you'll bring

- Strong experience across billing, invoicing and accounts receivable
n
- Proven experience leading an AR transformation or system implementation
n
- Previous AR or billing team leadership experience
n
- Strong Excel and ERP system capability
n
- Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills
n
- Experience across multiple entities or currencies will be highly regarded
n
