Your Role:

- Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
n
- Supporting clients in participating in community and social activities.
n
- Valid driver's licence and access to own reliable vehicle required for transporting clients to community activities.
n
- Promoting independence and self-determination.
n
- Building strong,



trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Ideal Candidates:

n

- Experience in disability support or a related field.
n
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in disability support or related field required.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
n
- A commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
n
- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
n
- Multiple certifications including relevant disability support qualifications are required.
n
- Valid Working with Vulnerable People check as required by state legislation is mandatory.
