MUST BE A FULLY QUALIFIED BAKER WITH TRADE CERTIFICATES!!

Candidates must hold any recognised baking qualification or trade certificate.

Qualified Baker needed to work at all 3 Brumby's in Mackay, Qld, all within a few kilometers of each other. Must be reliable & able to produce amazing products.
n We operate all 3 of the Brumby's Bakeries in Mackay & have been a family owned & operated local business for 20 years. We pride ourselves on Great Service & Outstanding Product. We have a great team of Bakers & Retail Staff and are looking to add to this.
n All bakery duties will be expected - (as listed below).

A minimum of 1-2 years commercial baking experience is required for this position.

n

We also offer a Family Friendly Roster.

n

This position requires availability for early morning shift starts.

n

PRODUCTION OF ALL BREADS / SWEET & SAUOURY PRODUCTS AS REQUESTED BY THE FRANCHISE.

CALCULATE AND WEIGH ALL INGREDIENTS FOR ALL DOUGH TYPES

n

MIX, SCALE AND MOULD ALL BAKERY PRODUCTS AS LISTED ABOVE

n

BE PROFICIENT IN THE USE OF ALL BAKERY EQUIPMENT & MACHINERY, AND TO OPERATE IN A SAFE MANNER ... THESE INCLUDING: 6 Deck Ovens / Bun Rounder / Moulder / Small & Large Mixer / Prover / D-20

n

READ DAILY PRODUCTION SHEETS & ORDER BOOK & FILL IN PRODUCTION RECORDS AS REQUIRED

n

TO RECEIVE & HANDLE ALL GOODS AND MANAGE STOCK CONTROL AS PER COMPANY GUIDELINES

n

COMPLY WITH DAILY, WEEKLY & MONTHLY CLEANING SCHEDUALS & ROUTINES. RECORD BOOKS ARE PROVIDED FOR ALL CLEANING TO BE SIGNED OFF.

COMPLY WITH FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES.

COMPLY WITH INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY THE HEAD BAKERS / FRONT ST ...
