Le Mans Entertainment is Australia's largest karting and entertainment venue. Located in Melbourne's South-East on a 23 acre site, the facilities include 4 separate karting tracks, an EPIC new 18 Hole Mini Golf Course, Arcade, Beer Garden, SHINY NEW Sports Bar, Laser Tag, and the world's best free roam virtual reality "Zero Latency".

We are currently looking for fresh new staff to join our small kitchen team and build a truly awesome offering. With a brand recent kitchen in full operation and a mouth watering menu on offer (do we smell handmade PIZZA?!), Le Mans Entertainment is a destination not just for our amazing activities - but for our food offering too!

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, this role will see you:

n

n
- Working closely with the F&B; team to deliver a quality product
n
- Food preparation and service
n
- Operate fryers,



grill and ovenClean and maintain a safe working environment
n
- Assist with general kitchen duties as required
n
- Previous Kitchen experience is preferred
n
- Must be available to work at any time on weekends and outside regular business hours - Friday, Saturday and Sundays are a must
n
- Sense of urgency and ability to work in a faced paced environment
n
- A team player and able to work closely with others
n
- You take ownership and work on continuous improvement
n
- Food Handlers Certificate is advantageous, however not essential
n
