The Role

n

As Lead Climbing Arborist, you will:

n

- Perform professional tree pruning, tree removal and hedging to industry standards
n
- Be responsible for undertaking work as per written quotes and delegating work to team mates
n
- Work independently and lead by example on job sites
n
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe manner
n
- Ensure that work is performed to a high quality standard
n

What We're Looking For

- Experienced certified arborist with proven climbing skills
n
- Responsible professional with strong attention to detail
n
- Ability to work safely in confined and challenging access locations
n
- Commitment to quality pruning and tree care practices
n
- Valid driver's license/ Truck license
n
- A Team player that has an optimistic outlook and enjoys social events

About Us

We specialise in qualified tree pruning and hedging services for mostly residential clients with some commercial clients across Melbourne's eastern and inner suburbs.



We maintain a high level of arboricultural practices, preserving the health, appearance, and safety of trees for many years to come. We take pride in reaching areas most other arborists can't - accessing trees in narrow locations with expert precision.

We operate with a crew varying from 4-5 of passionate workers. We complete 2-4 jobs a day including Hedging, garden pruning, medium to large tree pruning, small to medium tree removal and stump grinding. We have a large variety of work with no two weeks having the same flow. We operate in a yard out of Mount Waverley, however most of our work is in Hawthorn and surrounding suburbs.
