About the Role

As our Property Manager, you'll:

n

n
- Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 120 properties.
n
- Build strong relationships with property owners, tenants and contractors.
n
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections and day-to-day property management.




n
- Deliver outstanding customer service and communication.
n
- Work as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

n

n
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in residential Property Management.
n
- A current Queensland Certificate of Registration.
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a positive attitude.
