The role

You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates across the Property, Development and Construction market.
n You will work closely with current clients while also creating new business opportunities and growing your own specialist desk.
n Your role will include:

- Building and managing client relationships

- Developing new business opportunities
n
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
n
- Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
n
- Crafting Ad strategy to maximize visibility and engagement
n
- Networking across the industry
n
- Negotiating offers
n
- Providing market advice to clients and candidates
n
- Building a strong personal brand within your market
n

- Proven experience in a 360-recruitment role

- Experience within Property or Real Estate will be highly regarded
