Doncaster East Daycare and Kindergarten is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team.

n

We are a small, family-owned service that has recently undergone an extensive renovation and expansion, providing beautiful learning environments for children and educators alike. Our experienced, long-term team is committed to providing high-quality education and care, while fostering a positive, collaborative and supportive workplace.

About You

n

You will:

n

n
- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be currently enrolled in a recognised qualification (applications from those recent to the sector are welcome).
n
- Be eager to develop your knowledge of early childhood education, child development and contemporary pedagogy.
n
- Value respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
n
- Demonstrate initiative, reliability, a solid work ethic and a positive, "can do" attitude.
n
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a professional team.
n




- Be committed to ongoing professional learning and actively contribute to our Quality Improvement Plan and continuous improvement journey.
n
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management qualifications, Child Safety and Food Safety training.
