About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Production Supervisor to join our aluminium window and door manufacturing operation.

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing daily production and a team of up to 40 employees. You will ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations
- Lead and motivate a production team of up to 40 employees
- Allocate labour and manage production priorities
- Monitor production output, quality and efficiency
- Ensure products are manufactured to specifications and customer requirements
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly
- Minimise material waste, rework and production downtime
- Maintain a protected, clean and organised production environment
- Train, support and develop team members
- Monitor staff performance and productivity
