We are partnering with a highly regarded electrical contractor with a strong track record delivering large-scale commercial, healthcare and infrastructure projects across NSW to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager.

This is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of a project inSydney, managing an electrical package valued between $10M and $15M.

n

Reporting to the Division Manager, you will lead the project from award through to commissioning and handover, managing all commercial, contractual, operational and client-facing aspects of delivery. You'll work alongside an experienced management team and lead a dedicated project team to ensure safe, profitable and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of a major Design & Construct electrical project from commencement through to completion.
n
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, cash flow and overall financial performance.
n
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cost-to-complete forecasts.
n
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and resource plans.
n
- Manage procurement of subcontractors, suppliers and major equipment.
n
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
n
- Manage variations, contractual obligations, project risks and EOTs.
n
- Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen and site teams.
n




- Oversee testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
n
- Drive a strong culture of safety, quality and project excellence.

About You

n

n
- Electrical Trade qualified with proven experience delivering $10M–$15M Design & Construct electrical projects.
n
- Strong commercial capability across budgets, forecasting, contracts, procurement, variations and subcontractor management.
n
- Experience delivering Tier 1 commercial, healthcare or major infrastructure projects.
n
- Technical knowledge across services coordination, civil electrical works, power distribution, fit-out and commissioning.
n
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead project teams and build client relationships.
n
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Aconex and Bluebeam; NSW Electrical Licence advantageous.
