What You'll Be Doing

- Overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
n
- Managing technician schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
n
- Building strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication and service.
n
- Preparing quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and job documentation.
n
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, with bookkeeping support where required.
n
- Maintaining accurate job records and ensuring administrative processes are efficient.
n
- Working closely with the business owner to improve systems, reporting, and workflow.
n




- Supporting the team with a positive, solutions-focused approach.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has previous experience managing an office, ideally within plumbing, construction, electrical, HVAC, or another trade-based business.
n
- Is highly organised and can confidently juggle multiple priorities.
n
- Has outstanding communication skills and enjoys working with people.
n
- Is confident using business software such as Xero, ServiceM8, Microsoft Office, or similar systems.
n
- Takes initiative, solves problems, and looks for ways to improve processes.
n
- Is reliable, skilled, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
n
