The Role

GreenSideUp Landscapes is seeking a skilled, qualified and motivated Landscaper to join our construction crew - delivering large-scale, high-end residential projects across Brisbane and the South-East Queensland region.

This is the kind of landscaping role most tradespeople dream about. You won't be doing domestic maintenance rounds or mowing lawns. You'll be on structured, well-planned construction sites building the kind of outdoor spaces that stop people mid-street. Our projects are large-scale builds incorporating the full range of hard and softscape elements - complex, impressive and genuinely challenging in the best possible way. If you've got the qualification, the drive and the eye for quality, we'll give you the projects to prove it.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver large-scale hard and softscape landscape construction works as part of a skilled, professional crew
n
- Contribute across all phases of a landscape build from initial ground preparation through to final finishes
n
- Read and interpret landscape plans and construction details
n
- Operate hand and power tools, machinery and equipment safely
n
- Maintain the high standard of finish and site presentation expected on every GreenSideUp project
n




- Follow the direction of Foreman and Supervisors, and support crew members as needed
n
- Comply with all WHS requirements and safe work practices at all times
n
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in landscape construction
n
- Ability to read and work from plans
n
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine care for quality
n
- Current driver's licence and work-appropriate vehicle
n
- Australian work rights required
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Experience on large-scale or high-end residential projects
n
- Plant machinery tickets - mini excavator, skid steer or similar
n
- Any trade specialisation in concreting, tiling, blocklaying or rendering
n
