We're looking for a Junior Integrated Producer to join our Sydney office. You'll support the delivery of a wide range of projects, help keep workflows running smoothly, and contribute to one of our most energised client teams.

What your day-to-day might look like:

n

- Supporting senior producers in managing project timelines
n
- Assisting with production workflows across digital, social and print
n
- Interpreting media plans and helping translate them into clear production requirements
n
- Preparing dispatch documents and ensuring all assets are tracked and delivered accurately
n
- Collaborating closely with internal creative, design and motion teams
n
- Learning platform requirements and specs (e.g. Meta, TikTok, DOOH, websites)
n
- Using AI and automation tools to help deliver large volumes of assets
n
- Conducting quality checks to ensure outputs meet brand and brief requirements
n
- Providing steady, solutions-focused support in a quick-paced environment
n

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

n
- Around 1–2 years of advertising, marketing or production experience (agency experience a plus)
n




- A proactive approach and willingness to learn from senior team members
n
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and a genuine interest in integrated production
n
- Comfort working across multiple tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams
n
- Flexibility to work remotely, in-office or on client site when required
n
- A positive attitude, high personal standards and a sense of humour
n
