About The Role

This is a high-energy, people-facing role. You'll play a key part in creating a positive, engaging day for participants.

Your focus will include:

n
- Actively engaging participants in group activities, programs, and community outings
n
- Bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and positivity into the day program
n
- Encouraging social interaction, confidence, and independence
n




- Supporting behaviour support strategies in a calm, proactive way
n
- Working closely with your team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment
n

This role suits someone who lifts the room, builds rapport quickly, and enjoys being hands-on and present.

About You

n

This role will suit you if you:

n
- Have previous experience in a Day Program or group-based disability setting
n
- Bring an upbeat attitude, solid energy, and genuine passion for engaging people
n
- Are confident facilitating group activities and encouraging participation
n
- Communicate clearly, set healthy boundaries, and work well in a team
n
- Have 6+ months experience or a Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or a related field
n
- Driver Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
n
- Have NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid
n
