The role

n

Join our high-performing General Insurance practice in Melbourne. You will:

n

n
- Work across public and product liability matters, including personal injury and property damage claims
n
- Manage complex disputes for major insurers and government bodies under the guidance of Principal Lawyers
n
- Take carriage of your matters and contribute directly to their outcomes
n
- Develop your advocacy, strategic advice and practice management skills through structured, one-on-one mentoring
n

You will deal with clients directly.



You will see matters through from instruction to resolution. Your contribution will be visible.

What you bring

n

n
- 3 to 6 years post admission experience in insurance litigation, ideally with a general liability background
n
- A genuine interest in public liability work or Property Damages
n
- Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
n
- Speed with precision and a high level of attention to detail
n
- Initiative and autonomy, balanced with a collaborative approach
n
- A solid work ethic and a commitment to developing your practice
n
