About our Opportunity

n

As we expand our Commercial team, we are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Estimator to facilitate commercial project quoting across high end architectural homes, townhouse developments, multi-res units, aged care & retirement living, childcare and educational facilities.

n

Based from our Ormeau facility, you will leverage your previous commercial estimating experience to review plans, conduct take-offs aligning with national construction code requirements, while liaising with Sales, Technical and Project specialists to ensure internal standards and client requirements are achieved.

Responsibilities include:

n

n
- Accurate and timely processing of plans/ drawings, ensuring conformance with customer specifications and Ventora and Australian Standards
n
- Collaboration with internal teams including Sales, Production, Technical Services and Customer Support to align activities and address customer needs
n
- Supporting with customer queries and trouble-shooting issues where required
n




- Supporting when required with the preparation of sales proposals, quotes and contracts.
n

About You

n

In addition to your previous commercial construction estimating experience, your ability to liaise effectively with internal departments and to conduct accurate plan take-offs will be key in ensuring your success in this role.

n

You will also have:

n

- Ability to operate SAP, CAD/ Draftsight, Excel and Outlook
n
- Solid administrative and client service skills
n
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organisation and time management skills
n
- A skilled and collaborative approach, with a customer-centric mindset.
