In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of our company, guiding homeowners on their journey to a more electrified future. You'll use your expertise to educate them on the benefits of solar panels, battery storage, air conditioning, heat pumps, and other exciting technologies.

This role will service the region from Eden to Tuross, and inland from Bega.

n

Here's what you'll do:

n

Answer questions, understand needs, and provide exceptional customer service.

n

Conduct thorough consultations at homes to assess needs and recommend the perfect electrification solutions.

n

Craft compelling proposals that showcase the value we offer.

n

Turn consultations into happy customers by guiding them through the sales process.

n





Ensure a smooth experience for all by entering job notes into our system after each sale.

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

Wants to make a difference! A passion for sustainability is a plus.

n

Can juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

n

Keeps things organised and communicates clearly with both customers and colleagues.

n

Has a confident and customer-centric approach.

n

Familiarity with CRM and job management systems is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.

n

Knowledge of solar power is a perk, but not required – we'll provide all the training you need to become an expert!
