Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Development Manager who can convert and deliver a landmark mixed-use development.

The Project is a recently approved mixed-use scheme, comprising 10,000 sqm of Retail (including major and mini major tenant), 300 apartments and a tavern.

n

The Role

n

This role is with a Private Family Office with diverse property portfolio and business interests. No corporate layers or bureaucracy, with hybrid working arrangements to be considered.

n

You must be a doer, as you will be primarily working on the delivery of this landmark project, including:

n

n
- Feasibility and Deal structuring
n
- Assembling Consultant teams for delivery
n
- Developing Residential (sales strategy) and Branding
n
- Finalising Retail AFLs with Major tenants and leasing
n
- Establishing strata schemes
n
- Oversee design, tender, and construction documentation and development
n
- Manage builders, budgets, and timelines
n
- Ensuring profitability
n

You would also work on site acquisitions for future projects.

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience delivering mixed use projects including both residential and retail
n
- Strong feasibility and financial modelling skills
n
- Deep understanding of Construction and builder procurement
n
- Existing relationships within the industry.
n

Please note: we're open to considering candidates at either Development Manager or Senior Development Manager level. Title, scope and remuneration will be tailored to suit the experience and capability of the successful candidate.
