We're seeking a skilled and adaptiveOperations Specialistto provide hands-on operational support across our early education centres — helping stabilise performance, uplift quality, and embed sustainable, high-performing routines that deliver outstanding outcomes for children, families, and teams.

This is a agile, centre-embedded role for a decisive operator who can quickly diagnose challenges, roll up their sleeves, and restore quality, compliance, and commercial confidence.

The Role
n
As anOperations Specialist, you'll be deployed by theDirector of Operationsto support centres experiencing growth, quality, or compliance challenges. Working side-by-side with Centre Managers and educators, you'll reset standards, coach teams, and embed routines that strengthen day-to-day operations and long-term sustainability.

In this role, you will:
n

- Take a hands-on approach to stabilising centre performance, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
n
- Identify drivers of underperformance and implement targeted improvement plans.
n
- Coach and develop Centre Managers to build capability, confidence, and accountability.
n
- Reset and embed non-negotiable standards across quality, compliance, and presentation.
n
- Support enrolment growth by improving tour readiness, family experience, and community engagement.
n
- Partner with Regional and Operations leaders to deliver sustainable outcomes and prevent repeat intervention.
n

About You
n
You're a calm, credible leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. With strong practical experience in operational turnaround, people leadership, and compliance, you're passionate about helping others succeed while maintaining a child-first focus.

You'll bring:
n
n
- Proven experience stabilising or improving performance in early education, health, retail, or other regulated service environments.
n
- Strong working knowledge of theNational Quality Framework (NQF),National Quality Standards (NQS), andEducation and Care Regulations.
n
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, coaching, and practical example.
n
- High accountability, sound judgement, and confidence in making decisions under pressure.
n
- A currentWorking with Children CheckandNational Police Check.
n
